The Kentia Palm XXL is not difficult to care for. Place the plant in a light spot, give it the right amount of water and the plant will soon be happy in your home.

The tropical houseplant comes with a height of 230cm and can grow to a height of 260cm. Supplied in a 40cm cultivation pot, this cool houseplant is a must for creating a lovely tropical atmosphere.

The Kentia Palm 230cm is not a difficult plant to take care of. Make sure that you do not completely forget about the plant, even this tropical surprise needs attention now and then. Make sure that you are well-informed about how you can best care for the Kentia Palm. As far as plant nutrition is concerned, we recommend that you only do this in the period from March to September. The Kentia palm is a slow grower and therefore does not need as much nourishment. We recommend half the recommended amount. 

Water requirements Kentia Palm XXL -230cm

Make sure that the soil of the Kentia Palm - 230cm always stays slightly moist. Make sure that you do not over-water. This can cause the water to accumulate at the roots and cause root rot. Root rot is difficult to remedy, so it is better to prevent it.

Light requirements Kentia XXL - 230cm 

The Kentia Palm likes a light spot but not direct sunlight. You might expect that due to its tropical background the palm would love some sunshine, but nothing could be further from the truth. The Kentia Palm does not grow any better in direct sunlight.
