Shipping & returns
Flowers and plants cannot be returned. Have you ordered something else (such as a pot or basket) and the item is not quite wishful thinking? That can happen of course. At Green Bubble you have the possibility to send it back within 14 days after the invoice date.
Didn't receive the article correctly?
Sometimes something may go wrong during transport. Is this the case? Let us know! In this case, we will always provide a suitable solution. You can contact our customer service - stating your order number - at [email protected]
Please follow the steps below to send your return in the correct way:
1. Pack the items you want to return in the original packaging.
2. Write down the return address below on your return shipment and add our return form.

3. Take your return to the nearest post office and have it shipped to Green Bubble's head office. The cost of sending letterbox mail is from €3.90. The cost for sending a package is from €6.50. Make sure you keep the track & trace code of your return until it is processed.
The amount of your return package will be refunded to the (bank) account / credit card that was used when the order was placed. This takes a maximum of 5 working days from the moment of transfer. If you have paid with a credit card it may take a little longer.
- Returns are only possible within the set return period of 14 days.
- The return costs are for your own account.
- Both the costs and the risk of sending are for your own account.
- Send back the items you wish to return in one shipment to ensure that the return shipment can be processed quickly.
- As soon as we have received the returned items, we will refund the amount paid.
- Without a track and trace code, no investigation will be started into missing returns. Please note that proof of shipment with track & trace code is required in order to be eligible for a refund.
- Is your order incorrect? Of course we will solve this for you as soon as possible! Contact us at [email protected] or send us a WhatsApp 06-23740835 and include your name, order number and the items concerned. Then we can help you as soon as possible and solve it for you!
It is not possible to exchange an article. Do you still want a different version? Then you can place a new order. Have you used a discount code and this code no longer works? Then unfortunately you can no longer use this code. Luckily we have more discounts so keep an eye on our website.
