Flowers and plants cannot be returned. Did you order something else (such as a pot or basket) and the item is not quite wish after all? Of course that can happen. At Green Bubble, you have the option of returning it within 14 days of the invoice date.
Item didn't arrive correctly?
Occasionally something can go wrong during transport. Is this the case? Please let us know as soon as possible! In this case, we will always provide a suitable solution. You can contact our customer service at [email protected] - stating your order number.
Follow the steps below to send your return correctly:
1. Pack the items you want to return in the original packaging and add a note with your order number. This way we will know on arrival that the return is from you.
2. Take your return to the nearest post office and have it sent to Green Bubble's head office.

Make sure you keep the track & trace code of your return until it is processed.
- Returns can only be made within the stipulated return period of 14 days
- The return costs incurred are for your own account
- Both the costs and the risk of shipping are for your own account
- Send back the items you wish to return in one shipment to ensure that the return can be processed quickly
- Once we have received the returned items we will refund the amount
- Without a track and trace code, we will not investigate missing returns. So please note that proof of dispatch with track and trace code is a requirement to be eligible for a refund
- Is your order not correct? We will of course solve this for you as soon as possible! Please contact us via [email protected] or send us a WhatsApp message on 06-86863976 and include your name, order number and the items concerned. Then we can help you as soon as possible and solve it for you!
It is not possible to exchange an item. Do you want a different variant? Then you can place a new order. Have you used a discount code and it no longer works? Then unfortunately you can no longer use it. Fortunately, we often have discount offers, so keep an eye on our website.
