We are of course very sorry to hear that. Although we do our utmost to deliver your order in the very best condition, unexpected complications can occasionally arise during transport.
If you notice that your order has not arrived in the desired condition, please contact us immediately. For XL packages, it is important that you absolutely do not sign at the time of delivery.
This allows us to pick up the damage and claim it from the courier concerned. You have the courier make a report of this immediately and return it with it.
Damage to your order = do not sign.
If you do sign for the damaged parcel, unfortunately we cannot reimburse you.
No XL order and your parcel arrived damaged? Please contact us as soon as possible. You can reach our customer service by sending an e-mail to [email protected] and include your order number.
In order to help you as quickly as possible and arrange any refunds or replacements, we need the following photos of the damaged or missing product:
A photo of the address label
A photo of the packaging
A photo of the product itself
A photo of the damage, if applicable
