The Calathea is a mega easy houseplant. Put the plant in a spot in normal daylight and it will soon be satisfied.
Water requirements Calathea Angela - 70cm
The potting soil of the Calathea Angela may be kept slightly moist with regular intervals, but be careful not to overwater the plant. Too much water can cause it to accumulate at the bottom of the pot near the roots, causing root rot.
For this reason, we recommend feeling this out before every watering. Is the soil still damp from last time? Then wait a while.
It is also a good idea to regularly spray the leaves with a water spray. This way, you keep the humidity around the plant high.

Calathea Angela originally grows in the tropics of South America and the Amazon region in the shade of large trees. For this reason, the plant does not tolerate too much (direct) sunlight and prefers a shady spot in your home. In a shady spot, the leaves remain at their most beautiful and the production of new leaf patterns will be stimulated.
