Originally this green houseplant comes from Central and South America and with its tropical look it is indispensable in your urban jungle. In the Netherlands it is also known as the palm lily. Apart from being called palm lily, this houseplant has no resemblance to palm species.

The Dracaena Bicolour 170 cm does not like too much water. Make sure you remember when you last watered your houseplant. That way you will not be in for any nasty surprises. In the winter you can water your Dracaena Bicolour 170 cm once every 4 to 6 weeks. In the summer it is important to water more. Especially on warmer days, the Dracaena needs more water. Too little water is always better than too much!
