Woutje S is extremely popular! The smallest brother of our Wout-family. These green musclemen are flying out of the greenhouse and we understand why. Wout is the green superhero for any interior. Wout, the Pachira Aquatica, has been given the nickname ''Money tree'' because this plant is a symbol of financial prosperity and happiness in Eastern tradition. Originally, the Pachira comes from the swamps of Costa Rica, East Brazil and Panama.

Care & tips Wout S - 30cm

Wout is a very easy houseplant to care for. Give it a good splash of water once every 3 weeks. In the winter, the Pachira likes to be sprayed regularly. The air humidity in the room is lower in winter, which makes it a little dry for the Pachira.

Water requirements Wout S - 30cm

Give Wout a good splash of water once every 3 weeks. Wout can use an extra cup of water now and then when:

- The heating is on a lot
- Wout is in the sun a lot
- The air conditioning is often on
- The air is dry

Light requirements Wout S - 30cm

Wout needs at least 3 to 5 hours of sunlight per day, although the Pachira does not tolerate bright sunlight well. Therefore, place your tree in a position with normal daylight. When the green houseplant grows very fast, but with few leaves, the houseplant is in a too dark place. Make sure the Pachira gets a little more light.

Is the Wout S - 30cm poisonous?

The Pachira Aquatica is not known as a poisonous plant. However, we cannot guarantee that every pet or human will react positively to eating Wout's leaves (there are countries where the leaves of a Pachira are cooked and eaten, but we advise against this).

This large houseplant will be delivered in a grow pot. All of our houseplants are shipped in specially designed shipping boxes!
