The Strelitzia Nicolai is a beautiful, tropical houseplant. It stands out because of its large leaves. Do you like a perfect houseplant that looks almost fake? Then the Strelitzia is not for you. The leaves of the Strelitzia tell the story of where it comes from: namely, from the tropics of Tenerife. So the cracks in the leaves and the bumps are part of this houseplant. He is easy to care for and prefers a place in daylight
Wout L is extremely popular! These green musclemen are flying out of the greenhouses and we understand why. Wout is the green superhero for any interior. Wout, the Pachira Aquatica, has been given the nickname ''Money Tree'' because this plant symbolises financial prosperity and happiness in Eastern tradition. Originally, the Pachira comes from the swamps of Costa Rica, East Brazil and Panama. Place it in a place with normal daylight and water it once every three weeks.
Ficus Lyrata is also known as the tobacco plant or the fiddle plant. Ficus originates from West Africa but can now be found in many living rooms. Ficus likes to stand in the sun and enjoys it. Give it some water once a week and make sure that the soil stays slightly moist.
As far as we are concerned, these three houseplants really are a golden combination for your interior. All three immediately give a tropical atmosphere to any room in the house.
These houseplants are all easy to look after. Although they are easy to look after, this does not mean that you can leave them to their own devices. Make sure you are always aware of the best care for your green friends. Not sure if you are watering enough? Then feel the potting soil regularly. Is the soil dry? Then give it some extra water.
The houseplants in this combi deal need water every week, except the Wout. It only needs a little water once every three weeks. Wout stores water in its stem, so it can continue to supply itself for a long time.
Both Strelitzia and Ficus love light and prefer to shine in daylight. In fact, these plants need enough daylight to grow beautifully and healthily. Wout, on the other hand, finds direct sunlight difficult to tolerate. Wout prefers normal daylight, with occasional shade.
Are you a real animal lover? Then it is a good idea to check whether you have chosen animal-friendly houseplants. The houseplants in this combi deal are not animal-friendly. The Strelitzia and Ficus are both slightly poisonous. So you would rather not have these in the vicinity of your faithful animal friends.
