Both plants do not need much water. The Dracaena only needs water once every 3 to 6 weeks. The Yucca stores the water in its stem and can still provide itself with moisture. The best way to check this is to check the humidity of the soil of both plants. Too much water will certainly not do these cool green houseplants any good!
